11×14 Print Size in Pixels
11×14 is a standard US frame size that matches no other common ratio: it is taller than 4:5 and shorter than 3:4. A sharp 11×14 print needs its own file, 3,300 × 4,200 pixels at 300 DPI.
| Print size | cm | Pixels at 300 DPI | 200 DPI | 150 DPI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 11 × 14 in | 27.9 × 35.6 | 3,300 × 4,200 | 2,200 × 2,800 | 1,650 × 2,100 |
Pixels = inches × DPI, rounded to the nearest whole pixel. 300 DPI is the print-shop standard for prints seen up close; 200 is fine on a wall; 150 is the floor. Etsy itself sets no DPI rule.
What sellers use this ratio for
- Wall art bundles that list 11×14 separately because buyers own that frame size.
- Gallery walls mixing 8×10, 11×14 and 16×20 frames.
- Certificates and diplomas, which are commonly framed at 11×14.

Print Size & DPI CalculatorFrequently asked questions
How many pixels is 11×14 at 300 DPI?
3,300 × 4,200 pixels. 200 DPI needs 2,200 × 2,800 and 150 DPI needs 1,650 × 2,100.
Can I print an 8×10 file at 11×14?
The shapes differ: 8×10 is 4:5 (0.80) and 11×14 is 0.786. The difference is small, under 2%, so the crop is slight, but a dedicated 11×14 file avoids it entirely.
Why do Etsy bundles include 11×14 as its own file?
Because it does not reduce to 2:3, 3:4 or 4:5. Leaving it out means buyers with an 11×14 frame have to crop or add a mat; including it is one extra export.
Need 300 DPI files for every ratio?
Wall Art Studio upscales one artwork and exports print-ready files in 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11×14, square and A sizes, ready to upload to Etsy.
